Application quits every time to try to log in.

This app just doesnt work at all :( repetitive pop up says i need to subscribe even though I already did, rendering the entire app useless. As soon as you close the pop up it pops up again ******Update***** Thanks to great customer service my account was reset and the app works now! I use it all day at work and I love it!

Ive spent more time with this app trying to get it to work and finally gave up. Not very intuitive. Finally got to a spot that said 7 day free trial used up Start day one BUY subscription/or earn points. Im not about to buy anything until I see if it works. Not a great experience.

It requires you to put in all your information and then does not work!

Purchased app to translate Russian to English. Conversation mode works well for learning equivalent words, but the add-on to translate pictures does not seem to properly recognize the Cyrillic characters and thus fails to translate.

Its a app for communicating with people of different nations and it is very helpful for traveling and communicating. The only flaw is the ask for email addresses and PIN numbers. Other wise, very good app.

They miss represent the app. In the description it portrayed that photo translate was apart of this app, but it is NOT. They make you buy it for another 4.99 This app is over priced. 0 stars

This new update instantly crashes. GET IT FIXED PLEASE ! Im Hispanically challenged and use this daily.

Since the last update when it crashed I have not been able to use it. Emailed at their website, but no response or help forthcoming. Too slow anyway. Moved on to Google translator!

First, app crashes when you try to sign in. Second if you want to translate anything you have to buy a new feature. This after you have already paid for the app. If they day it is too good to be true...it is!

I had hopes the newest version would fix the crashing I experience 50% of the time when attempting voice translation. It did not! The app crashes on both my iPhone 5 and iPad Mini running iOS 7. Emails to support go unanswered.

Do not pay for and download this ap. 5 bucks and it wont even load at all, even though I have a higher operating system than required on my iPad. Now need to find out how to get my M money back!!! Downloaded the upgrade today. Now it loads, but text on screen is all backwards and unreadable. Still looking for me money back!!!

Loaded the New Improved Update - crashes before it completes starting. Is this tested? Really?

High hopes for this but very disappointed with design quality and functionality for the money. I recommend you look elsewhere.
